A body awareness and creative arts workshop for people-pleasers and those who struggle to set boundaries

March 19th 6:30pm-8:30pm

Do you struggle to set boundaries or feel uncomfortable about prioritizing your needs?

Are you tired of over-giving, avoiding conflict, or unsure how to assert yourself in relationships?

Embodied Boundaries is a workshop designed for folks who want to make changes from their people-pleasing patterns and navigate relationships with more clarity and confidence. We will use body-based practices and creative tools like collage-making to explore what boundaries are, what they mean for you, and how to practice them in your daily life.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn to recognize and develop trust with your body’s signals when a boundary is needed.

  • Use collage or any other art making to creatively map out and visualize the boundaries you want to set.

  • Practice clear and confident communication skills that honor your values and needs.

Whether you’ve struggled with people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, or uncertainty about your boundaries, this is your opportunity to practice in community.

You’ll leave with practical tools, a renewed sense of self-trust, and a visual representation of the boundaries you’re ready to hold.

Tea, collage, and drawing materials will be provided. However, you are welcome to bring your own art materials and sketchbooks.

Sliding scale $10-$30. Two pay-what-you-can spots are available, DM or email me at riverdrosera@gmail.com
